—Grey and Scotch-misty all day. Shooting as before. Palgrave, Corpus, Hume ; began "The Heart of Midlothian" to the girls. Had a charming ride on Punchy with Lavinia on Empress and Georgina on Ossa, by Mt. Barnett and Hill Mill to Speel Bank.
